How does Hebron handle discipline?

How does Hebron handle discipline?
We seek students for the Hebron Academy community who can live consistently with our values of trust, honor, and respect. When enrolling, each student is asked to abide by a set of expectations (explained in our [Student Handbook]). Faculty and staff--in the classroom, in dorms, on the field, in advisory groups--strive to support students in making good decisions.
The Dean of Students (girls' or boys') or Middle School Director address routine disciplinary situations, while major issues are referred to the Assistant Head of School or Head of School and possibly a Disciplinary Committee. Disciplinary measures include detention, disciplinary notice or warning, probation, suspension, and dismissal. Early morning Sunday detention might involve service work for the school community, such as raking leaves or setting up chairs for an event.
