The strategic plan was the result of a process that began in the fall of 2002, in which Hebron's Board of Trustees, faculty, and administrative leaders worked together to confirm the values and direction of the Academy. The plan focuses on retention and recruitment of top-notch faculty, growth and strengthening of enrollment, long-term financial planning, and new and renovated facilities.
The campus master plan is a direct outcome of the school's strategic plan. It identifies new and renovated spaces that will enhance Hebron programs and accommodate more students, addressing the school's needs with designs that preserve the special character of the campus and encourage personal interaction. The Plan includes renovations or new construction for science labs, classrooms, an arts center, and a student union (see buttons at right for details).
Essential to fulfilling the vision of both the strategic and campus master plans is the continued financial support of the school's alumni, parents and friends. There are several ways to contribute to Hebron, and our Advancement staff are available to assist you in making a donation:
- Gifts to the Hebron Annual Fund can be designated to support a specific area, such as academic programs and faculty, the arts, athletics, financial aid, student programs, or technology and the library.
- Gifts for capital purposes fund major construction or renovation of facilities.
- Gifts to endowment are held perpetually and invested to provide annual income in support of operations, scholarships, programs or other specific purposes.
- Gift planning offers a number of creative and flexible ways for alumni, parents and friends to support the Academy while making use of available tax benefits.
