The Hebron Academy community is working steadfastly to fulfill the promise of our school's Third Century as a leading New England boarding and day school. This work is guided by "Foundation for the Future," a vision and strategic plan that defines Hebron's institutional priorities for the coming years.

"Foundation for the Future" was the result of a thorough review and strategic planning process that began in the fall of 2002. Hebron's Board of Trustees, faculty, and administrative leaders worked together to confirm the values and direction of the Academy. The plan focuses on retention and recruitment of top-notch faculty, growth and strengthening of enrollment, solid long-term financial planning, and new and renovated facilities. Fundraising efforts to support completion of the Campus Master Plan are well underway.
