1946 - The school reopens under the leadership of Claude L. Allen, Jr. Fourteen faculty members and 125 students make up the community.
1950 - Cook Gym demolished.
1952 - Stanley Arena collapses under the weight of rain-soaked snow.
1953 - Stanley Arena II dedicated.
1954 - School concludes year-long sesquicentennial celebration.
1955 - Hebron is the first secondary school in Maine to be inspected and re-evaluated by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges.
1957 - School adopts the Advanced Placement Program.
1960 - Stanley Arena II collapses.

Treat Science Building dedicated.
1963 - Olympic medalist Jesse Owens is the featured speaker at the dedication of Dwyer Fields.
1967 - Halford Hall dedicated.
1970 - Hupper Library dedicated.
1972 - Claude Allen retires; David Rice appointed headmaster.

Girls are once again admitted as students.
