Hebron Academy’s Advisory Council was created by the Board of Trustees in 2000 to link interested alumni, parents, and friends with the programs and activities of Hebron Academy. Advisory Council members are ambassadors equipped to discuss Hebron Academy with their peers in the community. They receive regular mailings from Hebron Academy, attend an Annual Meeting each spring, and make a report of observations/suggestions once a year to the Board of Trustees. For more information, please contact the Advancement and External Relations office at (207) 966-5282.

Members of the Advisory Council are appointed by the Board of Trustees following submission of their names and vitae by the Committee on Trustees (acting on the advice of the Head of School). Members serve a three-year term and may be appointed for a second term; subsequent service must be after a lapse of one year. Members are asked to make a significant annual fund gift, but making such a gift is not a prerequisite or a requirement for Advisory Council membership.
