We are excited to offer language exchange Zoom meetings throughout the summer! Our Director of English as a Second Language, Ms. Katya Kilian, will be hosting the meetings and providing weekly themes, including practice questions for the upcoming session.

We hope that you can join us on Thursday mornings at 8:00 AM EDT.

The purpose of language exchange is to practice a language (or languages) that you are learning. The hope is to have enough attendees so that people who are learning a new language can be grouped with those who speak it already so that they can spend a few minutes in one language and then a few minutes in another language. There is no time commitment required. You can come for a short or long time. There will be games and conversation topics prepared, so there will only be minimal awkward silences. However, awkward silences are fine, and all part of the fun of learning a new language! 

Anyone is welcome to join the meetings. If you are American and not learning a language yet, that is fine too. You can learn about several different languages and cultures at once just by attending these exchanges. The only prerequisite is your good nature and willingness to learn!
