We are excited to share that Mrs. Courtney Marchetti will be joining the Office of Admission in a unique role of support for our students and families as they transition to Hebron Academy. As the Director of Student Success, Mrs. Marchetti will help implement and evaluate student support systems, and engage with faculty and staff in the continuous development of programs and services that foster individual success at Hebron Academy.

Mrs. Marchetti has a B.S. in Psychology and a M.S.N. in Psychiatric Nursing. She has worked in the field of child psychiatry for nearly 15 years. She was previously the Director of Health Services at the Hillside School in Marlborough, MA before going into private practice in Brattleboro, VT. Her experience in working with adolescents with various diagnosis and medication management needs, coupled with her boarding school background, uniquely enables her to support students, parents and educational consultants in the goal of seeing students thrive holistically while achieving their academic and young life goals.
