Working at Hebron

Hebron teachers and staff live the mission of the school in each interaction they have.

We equip students to become effective communicators, adaptable learners, responsible global citizens, and poised to lead. Shaping future leaders for a global community takes time, effort, and dedication.

Hebron faculty and staff participate fully in the life of the school -- as teachers, coaches, dorm parents, mentors, and advisors -- and use each of these areas as avenues to engage, grow, and support each student.

With our recent tuition reset, we are looking to hire more dynamic, flexible, and forward-thinking individuals who embrace the opportunity to build meaningful relationships and a purposeful career.

If you are a person who is passionate about education and values the chance to contribute to a supportive community, Hebron Academy could be the place for you.
