The CFO at Hebron Academy is responsible for all business operations of the school, including budgeting, overseeing the yearly audit, and contracts with outside vendors from insurance to food service. The CFO is a senior member of the schools leadership team who reports directly to the Head of School. This is an exciting opportunity for a CFO as Hebron enters a period of growth with strong enrollment, the appointment of a new Head of School and the launch of a capital campaign. The ideal candidate will have independent school leadership experience and enjoy supporting the mission and vision of the school community.

The Dean of Students holds responsibility for the student community’s experience at Hebron. Hebron’s Dean of Students provides proactive leadership to engage all stakeholders in the delivery of programs and services to support students' achievement, personal and social development, and access to effective mentorship while enrolled. The Dean is also responsible for all issues relating to the behavior of students. Working closely with the Assistant Head of School for Student Life and the Head of School, the Dean coordinates all restorative justice responses to student infractions as well as routine accountability. Central to this work is collaboration with the Dean of Faculty to support professional growth programs for faculty centered around social-emotional and restorative justice programming.
Hebron Academy is a small, independent, boarding and day school for boys and girls in grades six through postgraduate. Founded in 1804, Hebron serves students from 25 countries and 18 states in a rigorous college-preparatory education.
