The Director of Advancement and External Relations will report directly to the new Head of School Patrick Phillips to advance the mission and work of Hebron and build upon the existing strong culture of philanthropy. The Director of Advancement and External Relations will lead a team that is responsible for annual giving, alumni relations, events and advancement operations. They will support the Head of School in the leadership and operation of the entire school and will be a member of the Head’s Administrative Council, which is the School’s leadership team that ensures alignment between mission, program, and operation. In addition to serving on theAdvancement Committee of the Board of Trustees, they will also engage more broadly in work with trustees, alumni, and parents.
