Engineering, Design, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship (EDIE)
Engineers find solutions to pressing problems and turn their ideas into reality. In this unprecedented age of global change the EDIE Pathway at Hebron Academy empowers students to step into the role of an engineer, adopt a problem-solving mindset, and engage in design thinking to inspire them to make changes in their local and global communities. The pathway’s courses engage students in compelling, real-world challenges that help them become better collaborators, communicators, critical & creative thinkers, and bestows upon them an ethical reasoning mindset so as to aspire them to become the global citizens and leaders that we will need in our future. Students take these in-demand transportable skills from the EDIE Pathway and use them throughout high school, into college and for the rest of their lives, on any career path they may take.
