Recognizing that the rising cost of education is outpacing inflation, Hebron Academy boldly chose to reset our tuition in 2023-2024 and established a model that meets the needs of our families and ensures that our education is accessible to our community and beyond.
Hebron Academy is fortunate to have a diverse student body of international and domestic boarding students and day students from local communities across Maine. As such, our tuition model reflects the incomes and needs of our families and helps more families invest in a Hebron Academy education throughout the state, the region, and the world.

Financial Assistance
Financial assistance resources are need-based and require a completed financial assistance application through Clarity, our new financial assistance application system. Our goal is to make the financial assistance application process as easy as possibly for your family. Please understand that it is not always possible for the Financial Assistance Committee to provide an award to match the deevery family's demonstrated need.
Hebron Academy is proud to use the Clarity Application to determine a family's level of financial need based on the information that family's share in the application.
To get started, please go to the Clarity Application and create an account. The application typically takes less than 30 minutes to complete and can be done on your mobil device. At the end of the application, there is a $60 fee to submit and you can share your application with additional schools.
Please contact the Admissions office at admissions@hebronacademy.org to learn more about financial aid and scholarships.
Our Financial Assistance Policy
Hebron Academy offers financial assistance to enroll competitive students who are appropriate for our mission and programming. In administering our financial assistance, Hebron Academy does not discriminate based on race, color, national, or ethnic origin.
Completion of the Clarity financial assistance application provides an objective picture of how much a family can contribute toward education. After calculating the difference between family resources and school tuition and fees, the financial assistance committee evaluates financial need against available financial assistance funds to grant an award for an accepted student.
Hebron is fortunate to have resources available for international students. International families should complete the Clarity financial assistance application in US dollars, along with providing appropriate government documents to verify stated income and assets.
Please keep in mind that applying for financial assistance does not guarantee that you will be eligible for assistance, and being eligible does not guarantee that financial assistance will be available.
If you feel that you’ll need financial assistance to attend Hebron, we encourage you to apply. Each family's situation is different; however more than 50% of families at Hebron receive some form of financial assistance.
Our team is here to support you throughout the process and answer questions specific to your family's situation. If you would like to speak to a member of the Admissions team, please contact us at (207) 966-5225 or admission@hebronacademy.org.
