Phillip Dunbridge

Director of Enrollment Management

Phillip Dunbridge is entering his 17th year working for independent schools and 15 years in the admission office. Phillip started his career as a theatre teacher before moving to the admission world. Phillip has had the pleasure of working with some incredible schools during his career, such as Idyllwild Arts Academy and Darlington School. Still, he finally feels at home at Hebron Academy. Originally from Los Angeles, Phillip fell in love with New England while attending graduate school outside of Boston. Phillip's wife is the Director of Academic Guidance and Learning at Hebron Academy, where his 3 boys attend.

Jack O'Brien

Associate Director Athletic Recruiting and Admission
Boys Varsity Ice Hockey Head Coach

Entering this year's 2022-23 school year Jack O'Brien embarks on his 6th year here at Hebron Academy. Jack has been an integral piece to the Hebron Academy fabric since arriving on campus and will continue to be so. He currently acts as an Associate Director of Athletic Recruiting, Boys Varsity Hockey Coach, Faculty/Student Advisor and part of the weekend duty team. Jack is well respected by his peers and administrators which in turn appointed him to be one of two Faculty/Staff representatives engaged in this past year's Head of School search, which inevitably landed Patrick Phillips.

Jack and his wife, Danielle, are proud parents of Hebron Alum, Jackson O'Brien '22. Jack enjoys spending his time on campus with students and colleagues alike. He is an avid nature enthusiast, which is of abundance in Maine, and likes to play golf and sight see during his free time. Jack and his family live in campus housing in Hebron, ME with their two dogs Nova and Cash.

Caroline Glovsky

Associate Director of Admissions

Ms. Caroline Glovsky joined the Hebron Community in 2021 as the Associate Director of Admissions. She has spent countless summers in Maine as a child, attending summer camp in the nearby area. Prior to Hebron, Ms. Glovsky was in Recruitment in a summer residential program setting, and comes from an extensive background working in youth development.

In her free time, Ms. Glovsky enjoys baking, hiking, and spending time with her husband, Rich, and their daughter, Eleanor, and their new son, George.

Pedro Davisson

Associate Director of Admissions

Hi! My name is Pedro Davisson and I am the Associate Director of Admission. I mostly work with our international prospect students and networking with agencies and consultants across the world. I am based in Brazil and I travel around the world to represent Hebron Academy in Admissions events.
