Hebron Academy fields 32 teams in 14 sports, from soccer and football to ice hockey and lacrosse. Hebron’s extensive athletic facilities support and accommodate all our teams and programs except golf, Alpine skiing and snowboarding which practice off-campus.

Hebron Athletic Center

Hebron’s Athetic Center opened its new doors in December 2008. With a floor space of 54,000 square feet, the building includes play spaces for basketball, tennis and squash, and affords ample room for indoor practices for field sports during inclement weather. A fully-equipped fitness center, along with an elevated track and a multi-purpose room for exercise and dance, support all of Hebron’s athletic programs and offer something for our entire campus community. Additional features include a rock-climbing wall, locker rooms, and meeting rooms.

Robinson Arena

Built in 1993, Robinson Arena boasts some of the hardest and fastest ice in the state. In addition to being “home ice” for Hebron squads, Robinson Arena also hosts teams from throughout Maine and New England.  In the winter, Robinson Arena is open to the public for skating on Sundays from 12:30 – 2:30pm.  The cost is $3 for adults and $2 for children 12 and under.  Skate rentals are not available and sticks and pucks are not permitted.

Dwyer Fields

Named in honor of Hebron alumnus and long-time Hebron Athletic Director Charlie Dwyer, the Dwyer Fields complex includes soccer, football, field hockey and lacrosse fields, as well as a six-lane track and diamonds for baseball and softball.

Tennis Courts

Located in the center of campus, Hebron's six tennis courts form a wonderful facility for our tennis teams and the broader campus community.

Hebron's extensive, multi-terrain trail system is traversed regularly by cross-country runners and offers tremendous recreational opportunities for snowshoeing, mountain biking, cross country skiing, and the Outdoor Education program.
