The Lumberjack Ledger

Athletic Updates from Week of September 13th

Boys Varsity Soccer

Boys Varsity Soccer traveled to Hyde for their second game of the year. Sam K. notched the Lumberjack's first goal of the season midway through the first half, and this opened the door for Hebron scoring. It was a total team effort, with every teammate contributing to the 6-0 victory. Our goalie, Berrnie A. got his first start and posted our first shutout of the year. Proud of the group because we demonstrated good sportsmanship and played together as a TEAM. Onto the next!

Goal: Frew R, Assist: Luke F

Goal: Javi A, Assist: Frew R

Boys JV Soccer

The Hebron boy's JV soccer team played a spirited first home game of the season against Gould this past Saturday. The boys controlled the pace of the game right from the start with great ball movement and ball control. A variety of players found the back of the net throughout the game and Ryan Teehan notched a shutout in net. It was a hot day on the upper decks and each member of the team got some quality playing time. It was a great team effort all around.
