Boys Varsity Soccer
It was a warm and bright day as the two teams kicked off on Allen’s field. The game got off to a competitive start, with both sides having chances early on. Hebron’s keeper was replaced after rolling his ankle in the opening minutes. Hebron’s defense then fended off repeated attacks from the opposing team and were able to get the ball up to their strikers for the first goal of the match. Kents Hill’s relentless offensives, however, led to a 2-1 lead heading into the half, and continued in the second half, widening the gap to 5-1, until a penalty kick from Hebron led to the final score of 5-2.

Hebron Stats:
1 st Goal: Rodrigo Riveroll, assisted by Diego Balli
2 nd Goal: David Burgos, unassisted penalty kick
Goalkeeper saves: 5

Boys JV Soccer
The Hebron Boys JV soccer team took on their rivals today in a tough fought battle. Kents Hill scored at about twenty minutes from the start of the game and that was the game winner. All the Lumberjacks gave everything they had with most players playing full game. We had a few injuries and other minor things that left our bench short. So the team gave it everything they had. It was a fun match to watch with chances for both teams to score. Next up is Brewster Academy at home.

Fall 2022 Activity and Athletic Awards

At the first morning meeting of the spring semester, many Lumberjacks were recognized for their accomplishments during fall after-school activities and athletics. The awards ceremony honored individuals in after-school activities for their dedicated efforts, leadership, and improvements to their after-school commitments. Although the awards are presented to individual students, a little bit of every Hebron community member goes into these achievements.

Hebron Football Season Recap

The 2022 LumberJack football season was one for the record books. Not only did they turn it completely around from last year. They went from 1-5 to 5-1 within 1 football season. This team accomplished so many goals, but it was all due to the entire team working together for the common goal of getting better and winning football games.
