The Hebron track and field team operates on a multi-faceted approach: to hone the individual strengths and skills of each athlete while fostering a supportive and unified team dynamic. Though the girls and boys compete in their own divisions, all members of the team train and practice together celebrating hard work, determination, and fun.
Our track and field team brings a commendable level of competitiveness to our MAISAD league, with individuals often qualifying to compete at the Division III New England Championship meet each May.

This is Mr. Lundblade's fifth school year coaching at Hebron Academy, and his tenth year coaching running sports, generally. He has run on track teams, cross country teams, and competed in 5ks, 10ks, marathons, and ultramarathons.
This is Ms. Southard's first year at Hebron, and her first year coaching. She grew up in Gorham, ME where she was a member of the track team from 6th grade up through her senior year of high school. During these years she competed in almost every event at one time or another, but found herself focused on jump events such as hurdles, long jump, and triple jump. In her last year few years of high school she also competed in both pentathlons and heptathlons, placing first in the 2013 outdoor track women’s heptathlon as a junior. At Hebron she is excited to get back to the track after a few years away, and to have a fun and competitive season!
