Hebron's girls' hockey team has sent one player to Elmira College from both of the past two graduating classes. Kiana Melvin '16 and Eliza Beaudin '18 are working hard together for the Soaring Eagles, who are currently ranked #1 in the nation.
Maxime Danis '16 (New England College), Shubham Bodke '16 (Husson University) and Ibrahim Moustapher '14 (Thomas College) will fight for a spot in the North Atlantic Conference's Championship game when they play in semifinal action on Tuesday, November 1st.

Two of Hebron's recent graduates are representing the Lumberjacks well this fall in western New York as they compete for the Elmira Soaring Eagles. Atupele Machika '14 was a three-sport athlete at Hebron, but she chose to showcase her field hockey skills at the next level. For Tilila El Yazidi '16, tennis was the obvious place for competition at Elmira, and she has taken over the #1 spot in their singles lineup with lots of success this fall.
Emma Byrne '16 left Hebron after two years wearing the Lumberjack green and white. After looking at her options, Lake Forest College in Illinois became the next stop in her soccer career. She scored the game-winning goal in her first collegiate game, and it is clear that Byrne has brought her soccer talents from Maine to showcase them in the midwest.
Hebron's Class of 2013 produced a handful of athletes ready for the college level. Hannah Hearn was one of these as she started 15 out of 15 games for the Colby College field hockey team as a freshman. Since then, not much has changed, and she is leading the Mules as their captain for the second straight season this fall.
Sam Kinasewich '13 has been playing golf for most of his life, and when he left Hebron Academy to go to University of New England, he has continued to show that is not just a hobby. This year, as a senior, he is averaging a 77 over the first five rounds of the year.
Hebron's diversity is an important aspect of daily life highlighted on campus. When the 2010-11 school year started, Hebron welcomed two students from Malawi and in Ibrahim Moustapher '14, he brought his love of the world's beauitful game to campus. He is now showcasing his skills at Thomas College.
Hebron graduated a number of very strong soccer players from the Class of 2014, and two of them matriculated together to Siena College. Now, Marco Kloster and Tommaso Centemero are keeping the Lumberjack legacy alive with the Saints.
Emily Wyman '13 spent many extra hours in Hebron's Athletic Center just taking shots with a soccer ball against the wall or into the net. This hard work has paid off as she is a regular starter on the field for Maine Maritime Academy.
