Hebron Academy is well into what promises to be an exciting third century, with a purpose to keep the essence, character, and values of the school intact, and move forward as we revere the past. "All Ahead," the school's strategic plan, outlines a number of ways to ensure that the school flourishes in this century.
The strategic plan was the result of a process that began in 2008, in which Hebron's Board of Trustees, faculty, and administrative leaders collaborated to confirm the values and direction of the Academy. The plan focuses on retention and recruitment of top-notch faculty, growth and strengthening of enrollment, long-term financial planning, and new and renovated facilities.

The Third Century Fund is a direct outcome of the school's strategic plan. It identifies new and renovated spaces that will enhance Hebron programs and accommodate more students, addressing the school's needs with designs that preserve the special character of the campus and encourage personal interaction. The plan includes renovations or new construction for:
  • Science facilities and laboratory space
  • Visual and performing arts center
  • Dorm rooms
  • Faculty housing
