Hello Lumberjack Parents!

As parents and family, you are an integral part of Hebron Academy. We are so happy to have you as part of our community! This page includes information and resources for you. Additional resources are available on the parent portal of myHebron

Dining Services On Campus

Most Hebron Academy meals are served in the dining hall. The dining hall is open for three meals a day on weekdays and for brunch and dinner on the weekends. Food is provided by SAGE Dining Services.

Dining hall options include a hot food section, fruit and salad bar, sandwich bar and soup station, in addition to drink and dessert options. There are often themed meals to highlight cuisine from around the world. All food allergies and dietary restrictions are accommodated. Nutritional guidance is provided through the Spotlight Program.

Once a week the community participates in family-style sit-down dinners. Students are assigned to faculty tables on a rotating basis, providing them the opportunity to meet new students and faculty.

Students also have access to the Leyden Student Union which is open during the school day and on weekends. Popular items at the Union include breakfast sandwiches, coffee selections and an assortment of snacks.

Hebron Academy Parents' Association (HAPA)

The Hebron Academy Parents' Association (HAPA) works to

  1. Support the Academy’s mission to inspire and guide students to reach their highest potential in mind, body, and spirit.
  2. Maintain a communicative and compatible working relationship between parents, faculty, the administration and trustees.
  3. Enhance the curricular and co-curricular activities of the students and faculty.

Health Insurance Overview

Hebron Academy requires all students to have health insurance coverage. All international students, excluding Canadians, are required to purchase the student insurance plan, United Healthcare Student Resources. Domestic and Canadian families will be responsible for medical expenses not covered by their insurance plan. We recommend families determine and confirm adequate coverage under their existing plan prior to arrival.
