Warm wishes from the Business Office at Hebron Academy! I wanted to take the time to introduce myself and answer some questions you may have about your student’s account and tuition payments.
My name is Charlene Allen and I have been a member of the Hebron Academy community for five years. My role at Hebron is to process your tuition payments, help with tuition payment plans for those who need them, and manage student accounts.

By now, your student’s account has been or will shortly be set up at Hebron Academy and you should have received or will receive an email with a tuition payment worksheet and breakdown. This information has been entered into our payment processing platform, called Smart Tuition, which is how you will receive all future invoices and reminders. You may submit payments or add to your student’s personal spending account at any time by sending payment directly to my attention at Hebron Academy, PO Box 309, Hebron, ME 04238. For those families who have elected the single or two-payment option, please note that payments are due June 1st. We understand that we are in the midst of some challenging times, so please know that if you need to discuss any alternative arrangements, we hope you will reach out as soon as possible to discuss your personal situation and needs.
