Are you wondering if your child needs additional support during the pandemic?

This mental health check-in can help parents recognize when their child may need additional support. This resource describes expected adjustment difficulties during the pandemic, while also including a list of signs and symptoms of mental health distress that would indicate a consultation with a pediatrician. It also provides important prevention resources, i.e. the U.S. suicide prevention Lifeline: 1-800-273-TALK and the crisis text line.

Hebron's Mental Health and Wellness Summer Support Resource Page offers state, national, and international resources for crisis support, mental health referrals, and wellness education.
