The student flu vaccine clinic will be held on campus Nov. 16 & 18. If you did not sign the permission form this last summer in your student's requirements and you would like your student to receive the flu vaccine, please reach out to the health center at healthcenter@hebronacademy.org and we can set up.
If you signed the permission form, nothing else is needed. We will let your student know their day and time as the clinics come closer.
