Jamie Fey’s favorite Hebron memory is anything involving Mr. and Mrs. Found and their classes. She took them all and and remains grateful to this day for their kind attention, wisdom and inspiration and is sure that medical school wouldn't have happened for her if they hadn't been in her life. Also getting to spend the year at Hebron as a faculty member, immediately after graduating from college, while enjoying some bonus time with her younger sister, (Taylor '07), who was a senior at the time, was pretty special!
She graduated from Hebron in ‘02, and she went on to study American Literature at Middlebury College. She spent a year at Hebron living in Halford and teaching in the Hebron Middle School and from there went to medical school at Albany Medical College. She is currently a Pediatric Hospitalist at the Barbara Bush Children's Hospital at Maine Medical Center and an Associate Clinical Professor at Tufts University School of Medicine. Jamie currently lives in Portland with her spouse Ian Crouch and children, Charles (age 5), Louisa (age 1) and her dog Ruby (age 7). Jamie loves horseback riding, reading, cooking and the outdoors. Current daily pursuits involve chasing toddlers and naughty dogs!
Jamie is serving in her first term as a member of the Board, starting in ‘18. She serves on the Admissions and Marketing Committee as well as the Committee on Faculty/Staff Well Being and School Culture.
